Customer Service Policy
- Customers can make enquiries, feedback or give suggestions by contacting Muslimah Diary through our Contact Us page and we will reply within the next 1-3 working days.
Privacy Policy
- All personal information submitted to Muslimah Diary will be kept strictly confidential.
- Since we use Paypal to process payments (including credit cards), we can assure you that we will neither receive nor retain any of your financial information e.g. credit card number, etc.
Exchange/Return Policy
- Due to the nature of Pre-loved items, strictly NO exchange or return of items.
- For Pre-Order items, strictly NO exchange or return of items except for defective goods. If we are unable to exchange your item, we will refund.
- For in-stock items, exchange is ONLY allowed for defective goods or delivery of wrong item(s) i.e. you order A, we give you B OR you order A in size S, we give you A in size M OR you order A in colour blue, we give you A in pink.
- Wrong-sized items (In-stock and Pre-Order) are not permitted for exchange as we have already provided complete dimensions in the item description.
- Please ensure that you check your order and invoice correctly before making payment.
Postage/Shipping Policy
- We ship to most major cities around the world. If your country is not on our shipping list, please Contact Us. We’d be glad to assist you.
- All postage/shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated. These costs will be calculated automatically by our system.
- Muslimah Diary will not bear responsibility of lost or mishandled package(s). Hence we strongly recommend customers to opt for Registered Mail.
- Shipping to local addresses will take approximately 2-5 working days, whereas duration for shipping to foreign addresses may vary.
- Tracking Number for orders shipped using registered mail can be traced using our Track Your Order function.
- Currently we do not offer any pick-up services.
- Should you place In-Stock and Pre-Order items in one order, we will ship EVERYTHING (in that order) only after we have received the Pre-Order items from the supplier.
Payment Policy
- An invoice will be issued once order has been placed. For fund transfers, payment must be made within the next 3 days otherwise order is void.
- Customers must pay the amount stipulated in full. Order will not be shipped until full payment has been made.
- Top-up for the balance from incomplete payment must be made within the next 3 days. Otherwise order is void and money will be retained.
- Strictly NO refund once payment has been made. This includes incomplete payment and excess in amount for fund transfers. Refund will only be given for unsuccessful Pre-orders i.e. out of stock on the supplier's end OR production of item is discontinued.
- Retained funds, however, can be used to purchase other items.
- Once payment has been made, order CANNOT be changed in any way except for change(s) in size.
User Agreement
- Muslimah Diary reserves the right to amend our policies without customers' prior notice.
- By placing an order and/or making payment, customer is deemed to have agreed to all our policies as well as Postage/Shipping and Payment information offered.
- Customers must also be aware of how our In-Stock, Pre-Order and Pre-Loved systems work.
