Before looking through our catalogs, it is mandatory that customers read our Terms & Conditions. By placing your order and/or making your payment, you are deemed to have agreed to all of Muslimah Diary's Terms & Conditions. We also highly recommend that you read through our Postage/Shipping and Payment Policies before placing your order.

If you are new to Muslimah Diary and our website, we'd be glad to guide you through to make your first purchase:

1. Check out Our Shop to look through our catalogs. We have four different types so look carefully at the type of order you are placing.
2. Look through the items and once you've found something which you like, click on the 'Add to Bag' button.
3. Repeat step 2 until you think you are done shopping.
4. Once you are done, click on the Bag button at the bottom right corner of your screen to check your order.
5. Confirm your order and shipping details > proceed with payment.
6. Once you are done, you will receive an invoice. Please keep this for your own records.
7. We will not send any other emails (because we know how people don't like to be spammed) other than the invoice. But you can always track your order to check for the status of your order through the link given in the order confirmation email.
   

I hope these 7 steps weren't too complex to follow through. =)

All prices shown are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Currently, we offer a few payment methods:

1) Bank Transfer:

• ONLY from Singapore banks and Maybank

• Payment must be made within the next 3 days after placing an order. Failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation of your order. If you are unable to make the transfer within the stipulated period, kindly Contact Us.
• When making transfer, please state your Order ID as your initials
• Please retain a copy of your transaction confirmation for verification purposes.
  
• Items will not be shipped until the exact amount has been paid. 
• If the amount transferred is insufficient: if top-up is not made within the next 3 days, items will be forfeited and order will be cancelled. We will NOT refund the money but amount can be used to purchase other things from our website.
• If the amount transferred is in exces: we will NOT refund the balance but you can use it to purchase other things from our website.
  

2) PayPal (most recommended):

• For local (Singapore) and International customers
• We will only accept funds in SGD. Please convert your Paypal balance first before placing your order.

3) Credit Card:

• For local (Singapore) and International customers
• Only major credit cards will be accepted

** Currently we do not offer any other payment methods. We apologise for this inconvenience.

At Muslimah Diary, we want to share what we retail to the world! Currently we ship to most major cities in the world. If your country is not on our system's list, please Contact Us. We'd be glad to assist you.

For packages under 2kg

Singapore Post Normal Mail

• Delivers within 2-3 working days*
• Cost is based on the weight of package as calculated by our system
• No tracking number will be issued.
• Muslimah Diary will not be responsible for any loss or mishandling of packages.

Singapore Post Registered Mail 

• Delivers within 2-3 working days*
• Cost is based on the weight of package as calculate by our system  + SGD2.50 to register a package
• Tracking number for your shipped order will be made available in your order confirmation email.

For packages above 2kg, under 10kg

Speedpost Small Package

• Delivers within 1 working day
• Cost is based on the weight of package
• Tracking number for your shipped order will be made available in your order confirmation email.
• No shipping services will be offered to less accessible areas such as Tuas, Changi Airport, airbases, etc.

For packages above 10kg, under 30kg**

Speedpost Large Package

• Delivers within 1 working day
• Cost is based on the weight of package
• Tracking number for your shipped order will be made available in your order confirmation email.
• No shipping services will be offered to less accessible areas such as Tuas, Changi Airport, airbases, etc.
  
• Unfortunately we do not ship items above 30kg in weight.

* Shipping of items may take longer depending on the service provider's end and during peak period.

For packages under 30kg**

SpeedPost EMS

• Delivers within 5-7 working days*
• Cost is based on the weight of package as calculated by our system
• Tracking number for your shipped order will be made available in your order confirmation email.

SpeedPost Air Parcel

• Delivers within 10-14 working days*

• Cost is based on the weight of package as calculated by our system
• Tracking number for your shipped order will be made available in your order confirmation email.

* Shipping of items may take longer than predicted depending on the service provider's end and during peak period. Delivery time also varies with shipping destination.

** Currently we do not ship packages weighing more than 30kg.
