Q: Your pre-order collection looks familiar. Is it from some online shop?
A: Yes, they are taken from online shop. Any photos used have been published with these companies' knowledge and permission. We make that our policy to respect copyright issues.
Q: Why should we buy from you instead of these online shops directly?
A: Buying with us means you can reduce your shipping cost. If you were to check these shops' shipping costs to Singapore, we can reassure you that it will be more expensive than if you were to buy with us, especially if you buy small quantities less e.g. less than 4-5 pieces. In addition, we may provide surprise gifts to some customers e.g. the first few customers, birthday month, etc.

Q: Will you take orders for Pre-Order collections after they close?
A: If we have another collection from the same supplier/company in the time to come, you may do so but not through the shopping cart feature. However, this is very rare. Often once a pre-order is closed, your chances of getting the items are very slim. This way, we can maintain exclusivity of the items we sell.
Q: Do you have back-orders?
A: Depending on the supplier's end, we might be able to provide back-orders but these are very rare and we won't publicise it. Please do Contact Us if you wish to have anything back-ordered.
